Orders are shipped within 5 business days of receiving payment, depending on when payment clears, which can take 24-48 hours.

Shipping timeframes are subject to variation, i.e., post office, weather, considerations. For an additional cost, we may be able to expedite your order to your location, subject to delivery time spans advised by providers, including USPS, DHL and FedEx. This service is subject to availability. Therefore, we encourage our customers to order their items with enough advance time to make sure everything arrives when needed, ideally 2-3 weeks in advance for deliveries within the U.S., and, 4-8 weeks, internationally.

Cancellation of orders after submitting payments online: We will cancel and refund any orders placed online, within 24 hours of purchase, minus a $ 25.00 per order processing fee. Cancellations received after 24 hours, will be non refundable.

Shipping: 

Within the USA, including Puerto Rico, we use USPS standard delivery. A tracking code is provided so you can trace the package enroute.

For shipments outside the USA and territories, we use standard USPS International Post service. Delivery times vary depending on where you live, anywhere between 7 to 21 days, under normal conditions.

All orders are shipped with "Return Receipt" verification.

Insurance: 

We suggest you pay for optional shipping insurance, which will cover any damages or losses experienced en route, especially for items that are custom made or high end in price and value.
